Our room at Hotel San Giuliano Inn in Florence. The owner and staff were all really nice and always asked how they could make our stay more enjoyable. It was recently converted from her husband's plastic surgery office after he retired. Location was really close to the Duomo.
I asked how to order an Iced Coffee/Americano in Italy and no one really knew (cafe freddo didn't work). The closest they could suggest was this cioccolatte. Essentially, a chocolate latte. Interesting, but the last time I'll order one.
