Stuck vehicles.
After flying into Nha Trang we took a taxi to Dalat. A typhoon was hitting Vietnam that morning, so the rain was quite heavy. Our driver, for whatever reason, took the long back way (as I later confirmed with my GPS track) to Dalat. Along the way, we came to this road and bridge that had essentially been washed out by the rain. This bulldozer attempted to clear enough dry soil to let the stuck vehicles pass, but it didn't do much good. We turned around and backtracked a few hours to go another route to Dalat.
